Finally Ambiente Ristorante open their door again after extensive renovation since March 8th 18. You can now enjoy their delicious authentic italian food in a stylish and cozy ambience. Welcome back Ambiente Ristorante.
I just find out that Ambiente Ristorante is the first italian restaurant in Jakarta and open sice 1989 located at Aryaduta Hotel Jakarta. They focus on bringing traditional authentic italian food. The place has rustic and elegance. With brown and orange color it has warm and cozy ambiece.
Matteo Meacci as Chef Eksekutif is the person who create all the delicious menu. He’s from Tuscany Italy and already had stong experience as chef. He also became Guest Judge at Hell’s Kitchen Indonesia. And he also has cooking show Mamma Mia on his Youtube channel.
I was lucky enough to see his live cooking show where he create two kind of Pizza. And one of it is Ambiente Pizza which is the signature dish of the restaurant.
We had many kind of antipasti. Everything is very delicious especially the black Pizza or the Ambiente. All the flour imported from Italy and maybe that’s why it taste very good. Pizza made at wood fire oven. Music made a perfect match with the place.
I absolutely love all the food, the menu called sharing platters. It’s hard to pick my fave since all are very tasty. But the bomb is the ambiente pizza the best pizza i have ever taste, the dough is very good with charcoal, and the topping match perfectly. It has smoked salmon, 2 kind of cheese, tomato and eggplant.

It made to my fave place to eat in Jakarta.
