Japan Foodie Venture

Back to the time before i visit Japan.  I rarely eat sushi and all the japanase food and i’m not a big fan.  Sometimes i even wonder why people so obsessed about Japan and always want to comeback every year or even every 6 months ? And here you can read it from me after i experience it myself.  What i can say about food in Japan is all are delicious.  I also taste some trending food in Japan though some might not originally from Japan. Now i am the one that will definitely go back to Japan just to eat all the food.

My Japan FoodieVenture

From my Japan hopping i write down all the food i tried based on the city.

Tokyo

Frozen Smore from Dominique Ansel

Japan has so many traditional cuisine and also a foodie trendsetter, so many famous worldwide cafe had opened their branch in Japan such as Laduree, Pierre Herme and also Dominique Ansel the famous bakery from New York. Their most wanted dessert Frozen Smore you may have watch it on a tv series calles Uniquely Sweet at Food Channel.  They put like a little show when they serve it and we can see it directly in front of us.  And i love love this dessert, it’s warm and cold at the same time because at the outside it’s marsmallow which they burn it with torch so it’s melt inside and when you bite it you will crack chocolate crumble and vanilla ice cream in the centre.  Beside that i also order cookie shot which is chocolate cookies in a bucket shape and they will pour milk into it.  For me i definitely had crush more on the smore.tokyo_13 Ramen
